Remember that the Hum is a friend you want to stay in touch with. You’ll find regular humming will help you ease into your Better Voice more and more smoothly, as well as keeping your head cavities clear and healthy.

The technique you have learned has helped countless people in the century since it was developed by E.G. White. If you keep working on the exercises then the technique will work for you. Importantly, you’ll then be using your voice without straining your throat no matter how long you have to sing – or talk. You’ll also be able to develop a range of vocal expression so that you can communicate with confidence, interest and personality when singing or speaking.
